Share the profits of my next book, The Generosity
Experiment
I'm
crowd-funding my next book and doing something really
crazy.
Some ways you can participate:
1.
Be an early buyer of my book and share the net profits with
me. Only 2400 "units/shares" available.
now.
You
can be an early book buyer and share the profits of the
book. Depending on the timing of your order - earlier is
more profitable - a unit will be $24 or $29. The schedule
is:
$24
between January 1, 2010 and April 30, 2010;
$29
up to 30 days before the book is released.
You will also be listed in the book credits and on
AndreaReynolds.com (Andrea's Angels).
2. Create a syndicate of friends and co-workers that buys
"shares".
This
might be good for uneven numbers. Example: 10 of you could
decide to buy 57 books together. ($1368 buys 57 units @$24
each). Or if 7 of you want to buy 400 books @$24, the
investment is $9600. I encourage you to allow one person to
be the contact "guy" to receive payments for the
group.
Your syndicate name will also be listed in the book credits
and
on
AndreaReynolds.com
3. Donate any amount to The Generosity Experiment
project.
If
you choose to be an anonymous donor, you don't have to buy
any books, share any profits or receive any credit in the
book, but still
make a contribution
to the project in any amount from $5 to $45,000. Paypal
allows maximum payments of $10,000 each, and if that's not
convenient we can provide a safe mailing address for
checks/cheques and money orders. (PS PayPal takes
approximately 50 cents in transaction fees from a $5
donation.)
4. Buy a credit for yourself or your company in the book
and on AndreaReynolds.com
For
whatever reason, you may decide you don't want the book or
to share the net profits. If you want only a credit in the
book that's fine. The investment is the same:
$24
between January 1, 2010 and April 30, 2010, or
$29
up until 30 days before the book is released.
5. Sponsor the covers on The Generosity Experiment book,
front and back (no profit-sharing).
Your
name/company name and logo/web site on the front cover:
$12,000 (One sponsor only)
Your name/company name and
logo/web site on the back cover: $6,000 (One sponsor only)
6. Provide something on my wish list for acknowledgement on
my
Blessings Received
page.
See
my
wish list page
for ideas for personal and business.
7. Buy something from me that I'm selling to raise
funds:
a.
My previously published
e-books, booklets,
reports,
seminar manuals, article reprints, and tip sheets (from
$2 to $499) + some clearance items.
b.
Vintage things:
Family heirlooms from 1906, wedding gifts from 1981, and
more. I have no heirs and I think it makes sense to find
new owners than let the government take them.
8. Invite me to speak at your event.
Early book buyers share the net proceeds from
presentations
based on The Generosity Experiment.
9. Offer me my own call-in
radio show
on solving crises, recovering money and property, and
generosity of spirit.
Or
sponsor each episode so the program can be free to the
public. The net proceeds will be shared with the early book
buyers.
10. Offer me a syndicated
newspaper advice column
on solving crises, recovering money and property, and
generosity of spirit.
Or
sponsor my column in your local (or any) newspaper so I can
provide it free to the publication(s). Amount depends on
the size of publication. The net proceeds will be shared
with the early book buyers.
11. Offer me a regular magazine advice column writing
assignment on solving crises, recovering money and
property, and generosity of spirit.
Or
sponsor my column so I can provide it free to the
publication(s). Amount depends on size of publication. The
net proceeds will be shared with the early book buyers.
12. Invite me to be your company's "generosity spokesman"
for a year after the book is published.
Only
one company will be selected, depending on certain
criteria: $100,000 to $500,000 per year.
13. Buy a gift certificate for my books and/or services for
anyone.
Purchase here
in multiples of $10. No expiry date.
14. Offer me a driveway to park in.
I'm selling almost everything I own, putting the rest in
storage and living in my van again so I can save $1000 on
expenses while I write my book. Why do I have no money to
live on? Read the
front page of my generosity web
site.
