I was diagnosed with clinical depression in 2006 and had it
since the age of 13. I want to speak out about it to help
kids today.
BIO
Lloyd S. Rosen born and
raised in the NorthEast suffered with depression and all
the other problems that come with it from the age of 13.
Not knowing what it was Lloyd thought it was normal. That
is until 2001 when he had a bout of major depression and
planned his own suicide. Lloyd had another go around with
depression in 2006, but this time he found the help he
needed and for the past year has been healthy. Having lived
for 36 years with depression Lloyd is ready to tell you it
is possible to get heathy and live a very fruitful life.
He's living proof.
He is an accredited speaker with the Depression and
Bi-Polar sSupport Alliance out of Chicago. He lives in
Dallas loves to help kids realize they don't have to live
with it as long as he did.

This has become my passion because I suffered with it since
the age of 13. I thought it was normal and never got help.
I planned out my suicide in 2001 and finally got help and
healthy in 2006. I don't think that young people have to
live with this as long as I did. I want to help them to
understand what they are feeling and how to conquer it. I
have written a book about living with depression which is
being edited right now and will be published:
