BIO

Andrea Reynolds was considered "least likely to succeed" by her high school teachers and classmates. After attending 7 universities in 3 countries she graduated with a degree in both marketing and family studies. She has hosted and co-hosted talk radio in both the US and Canada, hosted a television show, published how-to books for over 20 years, published 6 newsletters, and written advice columns since she was 15. As a marketing strategist, she has been hired by some of the most brilliant experts and independent professionals in the world as well as Fortune/Financial Post 100 corporations for her marketing solutions and strategies.

Andrea has appeared as an occasional guest expert on CBC's "Morningside" with the late Peter Gzowski, CFRB radio, on "Dini", CityTv's "Breakfast Television", Global News at Noon, CBC Evening News, and was quoted in Time, Success, USA Today, Entrepreneur, Globe and Mail, Financial Post, National Post, Canadian Business, Toronto Star, etc. She has been listed in various "who's who" directories in Toronto and Canada.

She became her own first client in 1977 after attempting to hire a Toronto public relations firm to gain exposure for her (then) wardrobe consulting service. The agency wanted a $3,000 fee to "take a few editors to lunch to talk about her." Marketing degree in hand, Andrea knew she could do as much for herself for far less money. As she became more visible two author-management consultants asked her to promote them and her expert-promotion practice was launched in 1979.

PERSONAL POLICY

1. For the sake of accuracy I must approve all promotional copy about me and my presentation prior to printing and distribution: news releases, programmes, brochures, signage, etc.

2. For events at a distance I prefer travel by land or water (over air travel): car, train, RV, or boat.

3. Please provide written directions to the event location and someone to meet me on arrival.

4. I prefer to drive and would like a parking spot reserved for my large van near the entrance closest to the room where I will be speaking.

5. I can easily fill in last minute for a speaker when the event is relatively close by:
Niagara Region; Erie PA, Cleveland OH, Pittsburgh PA; Buffalo NY, Rochester NY; Toronto, Oshawa, Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington; London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, Ontario.

6. If I am delayed or unable to appear/speak due to illness or accident I shall endeavor to find or recommend another speaker who can replace me.
