Policy

1. We post speaker information just as speakers provide it.

2. We encourage speakers to provide the info in the format in this template.

3. If speakers do not wish to write their own profiles they can simply enter their info on the Membership Application, and we will post that info - minus speaking fee info - to the speaker's profile page.

4. Speakers may change any aspect of their profiles TWICE in a 12 month period, so it's best to provide a well-written profile right from the start.

5. Commission-Free Speakers will write speaker profiles for you for a $250 fee.

6. Membership Fees are not refundable, but you can pay monthly and stop your subscription.

7. We will post speaking fee info - only when a speaker requests it - on speaker profile pages.

8. We cannot vouch for a speaker's level of professionalism without seeing the speaker live or on tape/CD/DVD.

9. Andrea Reynolds and CommissionFreeSpeakers.com are not responsible for errors and omissions on profile content submitted by speakers.

10. Speakers should be careful that posted material does not contain text that infringes on copyrights and trademarks of others.

11. We reserve the right to remove any material that is deemed to be offensive or that violates intellectual property rights of others.

12. Credit/debit card orders by phone: (571) 217-6928 Andrea Reynolds herself will answer and she is the only one who sees your credit card info. Once the transaction is processed she personally destroys your credit card info.
