I am your crisis investigator, your personal advisor, or your advocate when you've been bullied, mistreated or exploited. I act in your best interests when you're feeling mind-numbing stress, anger and anxiety. You'll receive an arsenal of specific steps and solutions. You'll come away feeling supported, powerful, energized.

When facing a crisis in which we feel anxious, angry, or powerless, many otherwise-brilliant people can see only two options: go or stay. But when we see we have a wide array of do-able options to choose from, we feel more confident, powerful and optimistic.

* No I am not the Andrea Reynolds who had a relationship with Claus von Bulow back in the 80s. While the other Andrea Reynolds and I are close in age, have had same hair color and facial structure, are both writers and both own(ed) bed and breakfasts; she has a Hungarian accent, and mine is American with a slight English-Canadian inflection. But I'm glad you asked so I could clear up the misconception. I hope I haven't disappointed you.

• Direct you to a seminar manual, handbook, or booklet I've already written.

All services are fee-based. I am not a personal injury attorney and I don't work on speculation or contingency. If you can't afford a service there may be funds available to cover the costs and expenses. Some services depend on where you live, and I have succeeded in helping people in several countries. Phone counseling...$30 for 25 minutes, $55 for 50 minutes
Advice over lunch... $75 for 60 minutes plus lunch
Office appointments (your office)... $75 for 50 minutes includes travel time within 20 miles
Personal advocacy...$75 per hour or $600 per day
Protest letters... from $100 up depending on amount of research required
Impact statements... up to $250 includes fact-gathering
Investigation...$1,000 retainer
Person location...depends on difficulty of assignment
Discovery (what went wrong)...$30.00 - 75.00
Repayment (acting as your go-between)... depends on distance.
